CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Holly is the writer, director and producer of Australia's biggest burlesque stage show Shimmery Burlesque, presented at the Athenaeum Theatre in Melbourne. Shimmery Burlesque is a full scale musical theatre style production that features an ensemble cast of 20 dancers, singers and burlesque stars, and has been seen by thousands of audience members with five star reviews.
Holly also curates burlesque experiences for various functions and venues through her company Corset Entertainment, having provided glamorous vintage entertainment for venues such as Maison Bâtard, Sip Champagne, Amphora at the Marvel Stadium and many more. Her in house productions GLAMOUR The Show, The Grand Burlesque Dinner & Show as well as monthly residency The Burlesque Lounge at the Emerald Peacock Melbourne, are regular events that are celebrated by Melbourne cabaret audiences.
For over a decade, Holly has worked with hundreds of burlesque dancers, circus performers, showgirls, aerial artists, fire breathers and jazz bands and has a keen eye for production design and detail. She also works closely with lighting, sound, stage, set and costume designers to bring unique visions to life.
From 2018-2023, Holly was the co-producer of a dinner theatre company that presented weekly themed burlesque and cabaret shows. The unique experiences were held at iconic locations such as the Old Melbourne Gaol (The Gaol Experience), Kryal Castle (The Castle Experience) and the Mission to Seafarers (The Pirate Experience).
